Jeff graduated from East Carolina University in 1983 BSBA with a concentration in Marketing and Management. He has 20 years experience in automotive finance and leasing with Arnold Palmer Cadillac and Cadillac Motor Division. Jeff and his wife Debra have lived in the Mooresville area of Lake Norman for the last 15 years.
In 2004 Jeff transitioned to the wholesale side of the mortgage industry as an Account Executive developing relationships with Brokers and loan officers. His expertise was developing a pipeline of loans and doing the preliminary underwriting and evaluation of client files to match them with the best mortgage products and funding those loans in southeastern US.

Jeff became a licensed NC Loan officer in 2008 originating loans in NC, SC and VA. Later he achieved the National Mortgage Licensing System certification to originate loans nationally. Jeff joined Monarch Mortgage a division of Monarch bank (5 star rated by Bauer Financial) in 2010 and is originating loans in NC, SC, VA, WV, DC, DE and MD.
